  • GR Flaming Hot Rub with Scotch Bonnet As required
  • 8 Wooden Skewers
  • 32 Shell on Prawns
  • Oil As required

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to a medium heat.  
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning on the grill. 
  3. Skewer four prawns onto each skewer and coat in oil. 
  4. Sprinkle the prawns with the GR Flaming Hot Rub with Scotch Bonnet until coated evenly. 
  5. Grill the prawns for 8-10 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes to cook evenly.  
  6. Serve when ready.
