Yorkshire Pudding

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C Fan.
2. Add 1 tsp (5ml) of oil to each cup in a 12 cup tray and place into the oven for 10 minutes or until the oil is piping hot.
3. Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl until combined. Add the dry Yorkshire Pudding Mix and whisk together into a light and airy batter.
4. Remove the hot tray from the oven and pour equal quantities of batter into each cup.
5. Place the tray back in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown. (Cooking times may vary depending on oven models).
