Shopping List

  • 1 x Packet Sticky Brisket of Beef Without the Grief
  • 1kg Beef Brisket
  • 150ml Water
  • 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Method

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 1500C/gas mark 3.
  2. 2. Place the beef joint into an oven proof casserole dish.
  3. 3. Blend the sticky beef sauce mix with the water (150ml) and pour over the beef.
  4. 4. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  5. 5. Use 2 forks to shred the beef.
  6. 6. Stir in the maple syrup to desired sweetness and serve.
