  • 1 x packet of V and Easy Too Good To Be Stew Recipe Sauce Mix
  • 280g celeraic, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 150g potatoes, chopped
  • 150g leeks, chopped
  • 250g mushrooms, chopped
  • 600ml water

Method

  1. Place the chopped vegetables into your slow cooker pot.
  2. Blend the V and Easy Too Good To Be Stew Recipe Sauce Mix with the water. Add the mix to the slow cooker pot, stir thoroughly.
  3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on low, until the vegetables are tender and cooked through.
  4. Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models.
  5. Remove the lid & stand for 5 minutes before serving.
